Wine process in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures.
Bottling from 6 months to promote expression and purity of fruit.

Tasting

A sweet scent of violets and black fruit aromas emerges.
The palate is creamy with notes of blackberry and blueberry. Tannins are elegant and silky. The final is looming in pure typicality of the grape variety, with pepper and liquorice character.

Between 1 to 5 years.
To drink by himself or with charcuterie and grilled meats.
Best poured at 16°C
