The palate reveals the presence of tannins, in high quantity and elegant. The finish is long and luxurious. This is the Châteauneuf du Pape expression, displaying all the characteristics of the terroir.
« La Fontaine » is a perfect area to produce great white Châteauneuf du Pape. The plots of clay/sand and limestone are facing north. It is very well aired. This place allow to the Roussane to ripen very well and also to maintain a superb level of freshness.

The "Vieilles Vignes" cuvée brings together the Domaine's oldest plots. Over time, and thanks to organic viticulture, the roots have grown deep into the soil. Yields are naturally low, and the grapes are incredibly concentrated.
